We offer a well-honed selection of supplements, both encapsulated and bulk medicinal herbs, tinctures, homeopathics and healing salves and balms. National brands include Boiron, Herb Pharm, Bach Flower, New Chapter, Rainbow Light, Solgar, Now Supplements, Nature's Way and more. Too, you may find what you need among our own People's Food Co-op line of supplements (among our best values).

Our body and hair care products are cruelty-free and include fragrance-free and hypoallergenic options. Here too you will find familiar names like Kiss My Face, Tom's of Maine, Dr. Bronner's, Burt's Bees, Nature's Gate, Aubrey Organic, Weleda, etc. as well as locally made soaps, salves and whatnot from The Soap Shoppe, M'Lady's, Anne and Paul's, Indira Shea and others. If you bring your empty bottle in, you can refill it from our selection of bulk soaps, detergents, lotions, shampoos and conditioners. Its a great way to save some money while doing something nice for the environment.

Although we are not a pharmacy and can’t diagnose conditions or prescribe remedies, our knowledgeable staff can help you make your selections. We do encourage you to always check with your healthcare practitioner before starting any new treatment or diet regimen.
