Peach and Strawberry Dairy-free Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rice, soy, or almond milk
  • 1 cup rice, soy, or coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • *Use whatever seasonal fruit you like. A touch of honey or agave nectar can be used to add sweetness.
