Peach and Strawberry Dairy-free Smoothie
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rice, soy, or almond milk
- 1 cup rice, soy, or coconut milk yogurt
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- *Use whatever seasonal fruit you like. A touch of honey or agave nectar can be used to add sweetness.
