Ricotta Topped with Honey and Fresh Berries
- 1 ¼ cup honey
- 2 ½ cups ricotta
- 1 cup fresh berries or mix of berries of your liking
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme flowers (if available) or thyme leaves
Heat the honey in a sauce pan until very watery. Divide the ricotta among 6 serving dishes (or you can spoon into goblets.) Pour some of the warmed honey over each serving, top with berries and sprinkle with the thyme leaves. That’s it!
