Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • ½cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, washed and loosely torn
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

In a small non-reactive bowl, add everything except the olive oil. Whisk until well incorporated. While continuing to whisk, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Serve immediately.
