Raspberry Vinaigrette
- ½cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, washed and loosely torn
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
In a small non-reactive bowl, add everything except the olive oil. Whisk until well incorporated. While continuing to whisk, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Serve immediately.
