Orange and Honey Glazed Carrots
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into ¼ " thick slices on a diagonal
- 2 TB butter
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 TB honey
- Salt to taste
Sauté carrots in butter over medium heat until carrots begin to brown (give the pan a good shake to keep carrots from sticking and burning). Add orange juice, then honey and just a touch of salt. Give the pan another good shake and let carrots simmer for a minute until glaze has formed. Serve warm.
