Volunteer

The spirit of volunteerism is one of the things that makes cooperatives great! Over the past 40 years in operation, PFC has utilized volunteers for many "in-house" and in the community activities. We are now working to provide an opportunity for our members to participate in "Collective Action" in our community. Our volunteer opportunities will reflect this goal, and we'd love to have you be a part of this effort!

Local Food Stories

Document the story of one or more of Michigan’s successful local farming efforts to be sent to the Iraqi Seed Project. The project is seeking stories of community farming, organic/chemical free food production and market strategies. Videos, essays, and instructional guides are welcome and will be translated into Arabic and Kurdish to be posted on their web site and made available to agricultural extension schools in Iraq.
